You don't need the torx. As your machine does not have a back plate, 
simply and carefully take hold of the Motherboard on either side and 
slide it out. You need a little extra pressure to start it then it slides 
out quite easily.

Just be sure to take care for static charges. The PRAM battery should be 
a square 4.5v battery velcroed to the board.
