Both you and Mr Cantrell suggested this simple thing while, as a solution, I
considered replacing motherboards, buying upgrades for everything, selling
all assets, cutting my hair and moving out of State.

I went to the 475 system put it's battery in the 476, zapped the PRam and
bingo!.

The freakin battery. Well, I still need the haircut.
