Are you using iCab on a dialup or broadband?  I had my first experience
with iCab on a 68K coupled with broadband (on a C650, without an
accelerator) two days ago.  It's quite literally almost as fast as a
PII-266 Dell laptop that I was "competing" against.  I was thoroughly
impressed.

Do you have any software at all for the accelerator installed?

I've never heard of problems from straight overclocking.

Here's a thought, though - what if you use the 040 Cache Switch control
panel to set the "More Compatible" setting?
