Are you using iCab on a dialup or broadband? I had my first experience with iCab on a 68K coupled with broadband (on a C650, without an accelerator) two days ago. It's quite literally almost as fast as a PII-266 Dell laptop that I was "competing" against. I was thoroughly impressed. >I am wondering two things: Can anyone explain why the increased processor >speed would create instability? I've never heard of problems from straight overclocking. Here's a thought, though - what if you use the 040 Cache Switch control panel to set the "More Compatible" setting? the pickle FAQ <http://macfaq.org/index.shtml> Software Archive <ftp://download:[EMAIL PROTECTED]//Users/thepickl/Sites/Archive/> <http://www.members.jmug.org/%7Ethepickl/archive/> _________________________________________________________________ -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
