I got a Performa 6200 for $20 at a local thrift shop. All it needed was a new PRAM battery and CD-ROM. An external CD-ROM was only $5 from the same place.
They also had an SE/30 for $10. I almost got it, but I've bought too many Macs already, and I have no use for it. Most people have no clue about what old Macs are worth. I got a IIsi with ethernet and co-processor for $5 at a used computer store. This store was selling a LC II for $80. No clue as to what they were selling.
