You probably need to 'flatten' the quicktime files before moving them to the PC. If you check file sizes, the PC will probably be a lot less than the Mac. This is because Mac formatted quicktimes have a bunch of information in the resource fork of the file, which the PC can't read. Open the file in the quicktime player, and save it out as a flattened file.
