BTW, why WinProxy? Win98SE includes very good Internet Connection
Sharing functionality - no additional third-party software is required.
This is what I use myself - ICS together with ZoneAlarm firewall.

Probably. But for me, it's quite enough - my primary needs are Email &
Usenet.
