Any experts on IE 5.1 and yahoo on here. My little ol' lady friend has been computing on her 7600/200, surfing the net, and emailing for the last two years and she is in seventh heaven. Unfortunately, her yahoo address is getting about 90 emails a day of junk. I spent the evening making her filters. It only allows for 15. She needs twice that much. I tried to block one email address "email-deal.com" and it gave me a message that said that was not a real address. I think we are going to have to open each email and copy and copy the from line into the block email space. It allows for 100 blocked emails and that will be a chore, but ... short of switching her address, which I hate to do, that is the only way I can find to do it. I wish they had an easy check system to ward off the unwanted SPAM.
Any ideas, I appreciate it. SHe is 80 years old and all but died last December and the doctors gave her no hope. But, ... she pulled through it, because she loves her Mac and she loves the Internet.
