Scott, I may try and run this on my Quadra 950. The SeaTools page is http://www.seagate.com/support/seatools/B7b.html It says: "The GUI version of SeaTools for Linux requires Sun Java version 1.3 or newer. If you are currently running Java scripts/programs on your Linux system and you are running another version of Java you should consider using our command line version of SeaTools for Linux. Be aware that some scripts may not run the same under different versions of Java." I'm just conversant enough with unix in a CLI environment to be able to run this SeaTools, but I'd prefer the GUI. Do you happen to know if this Sun Java 1.3 runs with this flavor of Linux? -- Craig O'Donnell Sinepuxent Ancestors & Boats <http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~fassitt/> The Proa FAQ <http://boat-links.com/proafaq.html> The Cheap Pages <http://www2.friend.ly.net/~dadadata/> Sailing Canoes, Polytarp Sails, Bamboo, Chinese Junks, American Proas, the Bolger Boat Honor Roll, Plywood Boats, Bamboo Rafts, &c. _________________________________ -- Professor of Boatology -- Junkomologist -- Macintosh kinda guy Friend of Wanda the Wonder Cat, 1991-1997. _________________________________ --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by friend.ly.net.] -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
