Take all cards out of the machine, especially the WGS 95's SCSI DMA board. It 
is of no use except for A/UX.

Unseat and then reseat the power plug to the mobo.

Q950 mobos are very robust, and it's very difficult to fry them.

Oh, install only two identical SIMMs to begin with.
