If the power supply is running(you should be able to hear the fan and any 
disk drives), try pushing the front restart button. I've been dealing with a 
finicky 950 for a few days, and if it was unplugged or turned off 
improperly, it wouldn't boot by the keyboard. But it would chime and boot up 
if I hit the restart button *after* the keyboard power one. Worth a try.
