We've already discussed it to death on one list. I am *not* going to do 
it another dozen times so each list can make its own decision.

The preferred and recommended method of replying is *after* the material 
you are quoting, whether you interleave or do it all at the bottom.

Further, top posting is not being prohibited, nor is it grounds for even 
short-term banning, it is only recommended that people not do so.
