I had one for my Flat Panel Mac. Never got the video and audio to sync. Froze my 9.2.2 and OSX. Just all around unhappy with it. Shipped it back and bought a Formac Studio using firewire. Much, much happier and my hair is growing back. USB for video/audio=bad...IMHO.
