I just picked up a spare Performa/Quadra 630 motherboard, and I noticed that
it has solder pads for a second SIMM slot.

Has anyone ever tried to solder an actual slot to those pads? All of the
traces seem to be there, so I think there may be a good chance that it would
work.

I just picked up a bunch of 30-pin SIMM slots, now I guess I'll have to go
find some 72-pin ones!
