It would probably fit, yes. However, it would only run at 25mhz unless you 
changed the clock crystals.

That said, there are plenty of sources for 33mhz 68040s without scrapping a 
Radius Rocket. I'd gladly trade you the Radius Rocket for a 33mhz 68040 if 
you really really want it :)
