Well Dan, I believe it depends of what you do with your 68k. I, pers., prefer 7.6.2 on my Q800 and PM800 (only used by the grandkids). On my 2 other 68k's (Q840AV and P630 Dos-comp./TV-Vid.) I have to use 8.1 because my LAN-setup with Fast-ADSL asks for. You even need a small hack in 8.1! But still curious why you do prefer 7.5.5 .
