Hi Mark,
You don't. Word processing documents are *always* in page view.
You could set the margins on the page (Format >Document) to 0 inches. You should note that this will cause havoc when you print as your printer will cut off anything that is outside its built-in margins (normally about 1/2 inch on all sides.)
I'm curious though... why wouldn't you want to see how your document will print?
