Hi, Y'all, I had planned to upgrade the HD in a 950 to 3 gig. When I opened the case to look around, I see something I have never seen before. A big THING incased in a metal holder, case, whatchimacallit. It has Seagate ST41600N Serial Number SF522971 written on the end that I can see. It looks like no hard drive I have ever seen. I did a Google on it and the search came back with references to Sparc and Sun Systems. This was once a system server for a Josten's Learning Lab.
Does anyone know what I have here? Can I remove it and replace it with a standard SCSI HD, if I can figure out how? Jim -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
