What is the device path of the 20 TB disk ? Is it a SCSI device ? If its a
SCSI device what is the output of
lsscsi -g

If the disk has any partitions, mounted file systems etc it will be ignored.

You could also send us the diagnostics logs (HTML UI -> System Page -> Run
Diagnostics -> Submit) to [email protected] Most the information we
need is in that file
