There shouldn't be any issue with keeping as much of the defines, constants and
what-not in the Quagga tree to make it easier to build/maintainer out-of-tree
daemons.
In fact, my goal was just to restore vtysh which does not start since the
removal of babeld.
Should I send a v2 or will you take care of this?
