I thought the focus on review that Vincent's patchwork mails brought was
quite useful too.
Having a model where we quickly iterate through the various stages
sounds great.
So 1 or 2 week window for submitting stuff. Then 1 week for review and
nits? So 2 to 3 weeks per cycle?
