The most likely cause for this is that the new install location is different and you end up with two versions of Quagga installed in two different locations. Make sure you delete the old binaries. Do "which zebra", and delete all quagga binaries from that path. Do "which zebra" again, and you should get the new install location if it happens to be on your path with the correct version number. Let us know if this is not the case and we should be able to provide more help.
