There are some guys who are asking me about cisco plugin in quantum.
I have a look at cisco plugin codes in quantum tree, I think the code
and its wiki page is not maintained very well.
1. There are some errors in its code

the db module is not there at all.
2. the document is also not well maintained:
http://wiki.openstack.org/cisco-quantum
It is obviously edited from previous one for quantum v1.0 api. Some
sections are just deleted but the following bullet numbers are not
arranged well.
It is not easy to understand how the plugin is used at all. No diagrams
with long text.
I don't know who is maintaining the cisco plugin, Can u help?
