I have added in support for Fedora: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/25986/.
At the moment the installation section has a number of configuration
details. I think that this is pretty confusing and the fact that we have
more than one distribution makes things pretty confusing. I think that
we should divide it up as follows:
1. Installations
Ubuntu
Fedora
Other distributions
2. Configurations
Plugin A
Plugin B
...
At the moment the configurations are done in the Ubuntu section. This
also lacks a lot of support for a number of the supported plugins.
