Hi Gary,

Indeed zyluo has already pushed a patch that merges oslo db (
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/27196/), and I have replied with the same
concerns as yours (especially around config options).
The patch has already been +2 once.

I agree with you anyway that we should push those changes in oslo first.
