Hi, You just reminded me I had a post-it lying for weeks on my desk stating "overlapping_ips must be set to True by default" I think this is something that was oversaw during grizzly, I don't see any technical reason for not enabling overlapping ips by default (and changing the text Gary was referring to). The admin guide should state that this must be set to False is the plugin leverages nova security groups.
