Only if you can prove you have a contract with them to fix a specific issue,
which I'm guessing he won't have.  Oh and the terms of use of credit cards
have changed a lot over the last few years, they've mostly all removed the
nice little clauses where they offered you free theft protection for 3
months and all that kind of stuff.  In fact anything they don't have to give
you they no longer do.. Blame all the whingers who got into bank trouble
then found a loop hole to claim back bank charges ;-)
