Thanks Mark I am going to drive on the road mostly with a little track
work - if ever I get around to it...

My first cunning plan is to out my 3.65 open diff and replace it with
a 3.92 LSD, which should make it a little more responsive, then stick
a close ratio box in. I was going to go straight for the gearbox, but
I think doing the diff first will be more rewarding.

I have just acquired a pair of rear stub axles which come from a
european sierra which had lobro drive shafts and drum brakes. I have
no issue with the drums so am not going to bother replacing them.

So next on the shopping list is a 3.92 lsd and a set of lobro
driveshafts :-)
