Dear Anyone I bought my son a Quantum a couple of years ago, but he couldn't get on with it & so I have just "acquired" it from him.
It is based on a Fiesta mk2, I think. Can any of you answer the following questions: - It has a hard top but leaks very badly. Even Quantum (where we bought it) could not resolve this. Is this normal? How can it be resolved. - The car has never been painted. It is still the gel coating. But this is dull & looks pretty bad. The bonnet also has a crack in it. Is there anyway of reviving the bodywork or should I respray it. - Is there a cheap supplier of internal bits - dash etc. - Where can I buy a new wiring loom. - Does anyone have an original builders manual that I could take a copy of. - What are these cars worth? - Is the Quantum club vibrant - Are these cars good to drive - are they good cars? - Are there any club members in the South Devon area that I could talk with.
