I just removed a thicker than standard alloy one from my 2+2 because
one of the cores had split.

I have fitted an escort rad in it's place as the inlet and outlets are
in the same place but it's a couple of inches wider.
It fitted into the bottom mounts after trimming down the mountings on
the rad a bit.
The bottom hose needed to be cut down and is tight onto the engine
frame and I bought a new longer top hose from an autojumble for £1.
