Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the tips. I'll pluck up some (financial) courage and give
alisport a ring. Veronica works in Cheltenham so it's not an out of the
question journey for me. I know the name from Land rovers already and
hadn't thought about them to be honest.

I did check some of the on-line places that have the diagrams shown (thanks
for those), but it's doesn't look like a known fiesta radiator. It's quite
unique in that it has one inlet and one outlet at 90 degrees (as per
standard zetec), but no small top fill pipe and no thermostat (fan's
controlled by ECU from the temp sender).

The reason to say "one of those but about 10mm thicker" is that it has to be
pretty much exact to fit between the turbo / intercooler pre rad and bonnet.
They might also spot some way of increasing efficiency by optimising the
tanks as well. (Hopefully they wont sell me a new pre-rad!)

Many thanks everyone
Matthew
