I believe some of the TDI chaps already run Escort rads. You can get replacement Mk2 ones though, and cheaper than £100. I think I paid £56 delivered from Northern Radiators albeit 18 months ago.

Tried to find a second hand one but no luck. Then I came across a Mk3 Escort rad at a car show last weekend, new and boxed for £25. They have the same connections just a couple of inches wider. Just need to trim a bit of the bottom fixings off and it fitted in. It's tight on the bottom hose and I replaced the top hose with a new one for £1 from the same show. Anyone else tried this yet, hopeing it will give me a bit extra cooling for when i uprate the engine. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group.
