Some Mk3 parts will fit, but suspension etc. is totally different,
there are diffeerent front subframes for different engines, but they
can be modified to fit a Zetec instead of the normal CVH. I made new
door cards using MDF covered with vinyl & used late Metro door pockets
so that bigger speakers can be fitted. It is possible I believe to
change the dash, but its not a quick change. The windows may well
respond to silicone spray lubricant in the channels (mine did) & the
seats can easily be replaced but may need new holes drilling, I fitted
Fiesta Si "wing back" seats to mine & are really comfortable. The
gelcoat is a pain but responds to Farecla G10 rubbing compound,
followed by a decent wax polish, but does not last unless the car is
kept garaged. The switches are easily obtainable on EBay, but the
holder is more difficult to find. Water leaks can be stopped but need
a fair amount of time, see Jim's website http://www.quantums.info/hood.htm
for some good ideas.
Hope this helps.
