I run 6.5x15" et 38 wheels with 195x50 Toyo tyres. This makes the
speedo accurate, tested with satnav & roadside speed indicators. The
only problem is that the tyres  touch the suspension and require a
spacer. The problem with this is that with et 38 wheels the max.
spacer size (unless you take out another mortgage & have custom ones
made)is 3mm because any more than this means that there is not enough
hub to seat the wheel.This makes the tyre very very close to the
suspension. Therefore I would not go any less than et 35. The standard
(13") wheels are et 30.5.
