Why do you not want an external fuel pump ?, if your tank has a internal swirl pot then thats exactly what you want. They are much less of a pain than the in tank ones if you need to replace it.
Not followed the links but from the specs: 1 or 2 will work but are a bit overkill, the pressure is regulated at the fuel rail to about 3 bar/45psi. 3 is a fuel pump for carbs, the pressure is too low for injection (some single point does use low pressure). 4 Will be fine.
