On the post '92 Fiesta relay D is dipped beam, relay E is dim-dip and relay VIII is anti-lock brakes and/or dim dip. Now to try to explain the layout.... From Steve's description, E is bottom row furthest right and D is the one to the left of that - these are both smaller relays. Relay VIII is as Steve's described on the middle row, far right (directly above E). However if you've got ABS then there will be six relays in the middle row, with relay XII clipped to the right of VIII. There is a warning that the relay locations are liable to change from year-to-year, so maybe that's why they've removed the descriptions, but it's been accurate so far for a mid-95 donor......
