Thanks for that Jim. I've ordered the Hadrian injection Mk2 Fiesta tank, which appears to have the outlet in the same place as yours (I assume OEM from the lack of filter?). A filter was definitely on the plan. Should be room for a small one... good tip on the half-inch bend, thanks!
So, tank 12mm -> bend 12mm -> filter 12mm -> pump ->8mm -> fuel rail. Ta!
