You will need insurance if you drive it to IVA..... but you probably know
that already.

Sound like they were at least ' considerate' with both of you.
I was going to cancel and restart insurance tomorrow when time is up,
and pay the 20. Particularly as my IVA has come through for Monday
(better triple check the soft edges !!!), but I think I will now wait
until I have a definite DVLA date before restarting otherwise I might
be in the same boat again in 4 weeks time. at least VOSA don't need
insurance -----perhaps the £450 charge covers that !!!
