I didn't build my car so I am learning about these issues as I go. I have had so many electrical problems and have had to make so many quick repairs (the 2+2 is my daily drive) that I am going to have to take it off the road and completely rewire it. There are a lot of potential safety issues with the way the wiring has been done and I won't feel comfortable with it until I know all these have been addressed. I reckon a couple of weeks will be needed as it is a fairly major job. I will also leave the engine transplant until then to minimize downtime.
