Thats not running hot then.
The stat will probably be around 90 degrees so it should be running at that temperature and the rad fan will switch on at around 100 to keep it cool.
You don't want to over cool the engine, the oil won't work correctly.

If it sitting at 100 with the rad fan is coming on all the time in normal driving then maybe you need extra cooling but otherwise it will be fine.

As for running hot, I have been thinking of putting a hole in teh
bonnet, but haven't got around to it, mine sits at 90 degrees and will
go up to 100 if sat in traffic on a hot day. Another option is to wrap
the exhaust in that bandage looking stuff (don't know the technical
name).
