2nd hand values are always difficult to judge. When i made a half hearted effort in selling mine last year, I had 1 inquiry but no follow up.
I do hope that the Xtreme on pistonheads sells quickly, so the value of Xtremes isn't set by this. I think your expectations on value are about right, however there are some good bargains of other marques out there. I couldn't sell my Xtreme for the price of the one on Pistonheads, it's worth more to me than that. I may readvertise mine in the not too distant future and see what happens.
