I have had the same experience of the car being recovered either to home or to my parents house. The only thing I would add is that it appears to be purely a recovery service. On three separate occasions I have had to call on them and each time there has been no interest in investigating the fault. On one occasion it was nothing more serious than a loose alternator tensioning bracket. 2 minute fix or 20 mins to load/unload the car. The fourth occasion was an electrical fire and I asked purely for recovery.
