We timed it just wrong on the way home at the weekend though and hit a
cloud burst 1/2 a mile from home on the slow roads.
Thankfully Robyn and I did a good job of soaking up the rain and the
seats did not get damaged :-)

Many years ago I remember dropping all the way down from 5th to 2nd
through the tunnel under Manchester airport (I think), grin growing with
every change. I was kept slowing down just so I could speed up again :-)
