Yes, they are different.
the Zetec ones will fit a CVH engined fiesta (
The CVH one will NOT fit to a zetec one.

Seen from front to back, the zetec cradle drops right after the
mounting points/radiatorbeam, the CVH one does this some 5 to 10cm
later.
If you take a look @ the pictures in the haynes manual of the fiesta,
you'll notice a difference in the 1.8 zetec and the 1.4 PTE (CVH
evolution)
Chapter 1, page 7.

On of the Dutch Fiestaclub.nl members encountered the same issue with
his mk3 RS1800 (XR2i 16v 130BHP in NL)

I presume the same issues will arrise with an H4.
