I have a 2 + 2 which failed its IVA test yesterday on braking efficiency being low at 55% needs to be above 60%. This is partially caused by Quantum quoting a gross weigt of 1300kg when in fact its 1149kg (in my case). If this figure was used the efficiency would be above 60%. I have standard fiesta mk2 brakes fitted. Can mk2 xr2 discs / calipers and drums /shoes slave cylinders be fitted without further modification ?. I think the larger front disc and larger shoes / slave piston area would help to increase braking efficiecy. Any help would be appreciated. Paul
