Hi Can anyone help, I have just had my 2+2 IVA tested and failed due to the service braking efficiency being low, 55% needs to be above 60%. This is not helped by Quantum quoting a gross weight of 1300kg the actual gross weight was measured at 1149kg (which if used puts the figure over 60%). I have standard disc / calipers up front and standard drums on rear ( not off xr2). and using G valves on rear brakes. The hand brake efficiency was fine but when operated from brake pedal appeared to be over compensated. All items are new, and in good condition. Has any one operated the rear brakes without the G valves ?. Can a set of xr2 front discs and calipers be fitted in place of the smaller standard disc/ caliper set up on the front. Any help would be appreciated. Paul
