Hi Ian, I have found Mark Burley the new QSC owner to be very helpful. He even got a mate to detour to deliver me a new screen on his way back from Stoneleigh last Monday. I called him Tuesday to pay for it and order some other parts - no problem, although he did say he hoped that I'd have them by the weekend and they're not here yet! Not a great problem for me at the moment but I guess it's a bit frustrating when you're trying to finish your build ( I remember the annoyances I had with the previous owners when I was trying to finish mine)
