Hi, Has anyone else had problems contacting Quantum to order spare parts recently? I ordered a new brake cable on line 3 weeks ago for the Xtreme and after 2 weeks, chased them up last Thursday to find out that they had "a problem with on-line ordering and it was not working". I was told someone would call back to take my order, but nobody had by yesterday lunchtime, so I called again. Someone was going to call me back again yesterday, but I am still waiting for a call despite the additonal e-mail request I sent late yesterday. Has anyone else had problems? Can anyone else advise where I could get the Xtreme drum brake cable made up?
