If anyone is interested, the recently decommissioned Harrier base at Cottesmore is now being used for track days. I have entered for one on 11th September, link below. Cost is £119 for all day open pit lane. It doesn't look like there are too many takers as yet, so assuming it is held it shouldn't be too crowded. The organisers state sensible straights and a mix of fast and slow corners.
