Hi all, I've just entered into the world of Quantum 2+2 ownership
after inheriting a really lovely factory built car from '95. The car
has been left to me by a family friend who has sadly passed away
recently, the car has been garaged for the past 10 years without use
and I think has covered less than 10,000 miles from build (assuming
the tacho was reset to zero when built or I've mis-read it!)
I've trailered it back to my house and after a wash, this coming
weekend I will set about inspecting it, changing cam belt, fluids,
battery etc and see if she can live again.
Ed Ruskin has already been extremely helpful by telling me about the
club insurance scheme and these groups so I'm here to say hi and I
look forward to getting this car back on the road and enjoying it. my
2nd post will be to see if anyone has a hardtop they fancy selling :o)
The Quantum has a few other less than common cars to share the garage
& driveway with so she is in good hands....
