In the Haynes Drivers Guide for Fiestas up to 1989 the jack shown is a
pillar jack with an arm which engages with sockets under the sills.

For the H4, which does not have sockets for the arm of a pillar jack you
would be much better off with a scissor jack for use at the roadside or even
a small hydralic jack. For garage use (or driveway) I prefer to use an
hydraulic trolley jack.

Whatever jack you use it is advisable to place a suitable piece of wood
between the jack and the fibreglass.

It is also important not to jack the H4 at the mid point of the wheelbase
but to place the jack about a foot away from the wheel arch. In the event
of a flat tyre with low profile tyres it may be that the exhaust gas jack
is the only kind of jack you can get under the sill.
